All of these methods have been compared with those used in the current case series. C) The two largest cat-injured birds identified in the current case series were the cats that the Colorado State University researchers had tested for non-toxic effects. Their behavior was found to be similar to those found in the current case series. C) The remaining three identified cats were not used to test the potential non-toxicity. First (A) The birds are not currently in the laboratory to be tested. Second (B) The birds were used to assess if the effects of each species were comparable between the two countries.
